Because of the handmade nature of our candles and ritual goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns or exchanges are only considered if an item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received.

Conditions
Items must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, burned, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Handmade Note
Small variations in colour, finish, decorative details, and placement may occur because each item is made by hand.
These details are part of the character of handmade work and do not count as damage.
