Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During launch periods, pop-ups, or high-order moments, processing may take a little longer. If there is any delay, we will do our best to communicate with you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Local Delivery / Pickup
For local delivery, we currently offer Knutsford Express and Zip Mail through the Jamaica Post Office. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed after your order has been processed.
International shipping may be available upon request. Customers requiring international delivery should contact us directly before placing an order so that shipping options and costs can be discussed.
